Who we are:
We are a group of friends that have prepared whole hog barbeque together for around ten years. In 2015, another friend, Jamie, joined the process. He was a risk taker and was "all in" on everything he did. He encouraged us to make it more than a hobby. It was something we kept in the back of our minds until October 2016 when Jamie was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident. We decided the best way to honor his memory was to form the business he always wanted.
